Meets start time is 5:00. Warm up for home team 4:00-4:25; warm up for visiting team 4:25-4:50
Prelims July 16: 10&Under will be at FG at 8:00 am (CW warm up time 7:00-7:25)
11&Up will be at SP at 5:00 pm (CW warm up time 4:25-4:50)
Finals July 18 at SP with start time at 8:00 am with all team warm up in 2 lanes starting at 7:00 am.
League clinics are posted on the league website (SHRSL.org). Our division will hold a clinic at FG on May 26th at 7:00 pm.
