Stroke Judge Clinic Schedule
Stroke Judges must attend a league clinic every year. If you attended a clinic last year, you can do the short clinic this year. If you did not attend a clinic last year, or if you want a more detailed refresher, you can do the full clinic. Be sure to sign in at the clinic to get credit for attending! Clinics are held at different times and locations around our league so there should be something that fits your schedule.
Whether you plan to volunteer as a stroke judge this season or not, attending a stroke judge clinic is a great way to understand what stroke judges look for and what might disqualify your swimmer during a meet. Helpful for any swim parent!

NEW STROKE JUDGES (or someone with a lapse in clinic attendance): If you did NOT attend a clinic last year, you MUST take a LONG CLINIC in the current season.
Stroke Judges must attend (and be on time) ONE CLINIC a year, either short or long.
- SHORT CLINICS: 30 minute “refresher” Clinic for those that attended a ANY clinic in 2022
- LONG CLINICS: 1.5-2 hour clinic for NEW STROKE JUDGES or for those that NEED more refreshing
2023 Stroke Judge Clinic Schedule
You do not have to register or sign up for any of our stroke clinics. Just show up about 10 minutes early, sign in, get your handouts and find a seat. Our short clinics are for anyone who did one of our clinics in 2022. If you did NOT do any clinic in 2022, you must complete a long clinic. The short clinic lasts for about 25 minutes and our long clinics last about 1 ½ hours. Please be on time, if late, you may have to reschedule for another clinic, if available.
